And if so can I ask how you made the leg warmer things? I'm hoping to cosplay her next year..
i didn't made it by myself... I only made the accessories!
(hearts... ribbon...)
the outfit was made by a dressmaker!
legwarmer have an elastic at the top, to keep them up!
I already own a large Mepple plush and the 2nd season (?) phone they used to transform and care for mepple and mipple (instead of the wrist changer)
well..hearts are made of foam polystyrene, i coloured them with acrilic paint.. tamiya paint.
and then to plastify i used some vynil glue mixed with water!!!
